Refund Policy for Art Classes:

For a full refund minus a service charge fee of 5% for workshops and classes, written notice sent to mapleseedcollective@gmail.com will be accepted up to five business days before the first day of instruction. 
A 50% refund will be given if written notice is provided between one to five business days before the first day of instruction. You can also find someone else to take the workshop or class in your place and have them pay you (must notify mapleseedcollective@gmail.com with detailed changes to participants). 
Please note that no refunds can be made when you cancel with written notice less than 24 hours before the time of the workshop or class, however, you will receive a 30% credit (amount dependent on class originally booked) toward a future workshop or class. 

If no written notice is made and a workshop or class is missed, no refund or credit will be provided. 


Return Policy for Local Art and Art Supplies and Kits:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% service charge fee to the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
