Christmas Soap Felting Class

Get into the holiday spirit with a cozy, creative evening at The Maple Seed Art Collective!  Join Karin for our Christmas Soap Felting Class, where you'll transform your favourite bar of soap into a festive, felt-covered creation using a combination of wet-felting and needle-felting techniques.

This beginner-friendly class is a fun way to explore the world of fibre arts while creating something both beautiful and practical. The felted wool creates a natural exfoliating layer around your soap, making it a unique addition to your bathroom or a thoughtful handmade Christmas gift for someone special.

You'll learn how to use wet-felting techniques to wrap your soap in colourful wool fibres, then add festive details with needle felting to create your own holiday-inspired design. Whether you choose a Christmas tree, holly berries, candy cane stripes, or your own creative idea, you'll leave with a one-of-a-kind felted soap!

Please bring your favourite bar of soap to use during the class. All other required felting materials will be provided.
