Get into the festive spirit with this charming mini craft session! In this class, you’ll create your own tiny wooden present hanging ornaments — perfect for your tree, a handmade gift tag, or a sweet little keepsake.

We’ll combine a little bit of sewing and some simple gluing to decorate small wooden ornaments, adding fabric, ribbon, buttons, and other cute touches. This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly project — no special skills needed, just a love for making something joyful and handmade.

By the end of class, you’ll have a few adorable mini wooden presents ready to hang, gift, or display!

All materials are provided. Just bring your creativity and a smile.

Raised in the world of alternative fashion, Loxly grew up surrounded by creativity — from her mom’s handmade velvet and goth designs to working in her family’s boutique in Clearwater. After moving to Calgary at 18, she built a career in fashion retail, eventually becoming an Operations Coordinator and traveling across Canada to teach business, fashion, and leadership.

Witnessing the environmental impact of fast fashion inspired Loxly to focus on sustainability through upcycling. For the past four years, she’s been transforming thrifted and discarded fabrics into new, wearable art and sharing her passion through local markets and upcycling classes. Her mission is to inspire others to reimagine what they wear and extend the life of clothing through creativity and care.
